There are many things that make this poster different from other posters in recent history. For starters, it features a lot of color and even has a DC villain in its design – Harley Quinn. What is The Suicide Squad?

The Suicide Squad is a fictional team of supervillains that appear in comic books published by DC Comics.

The Suicide Squad is a team of villains who carry out high-risk missions for the U.S. Government with methods considered too extreme for conventional intelligence agencies or military forces, often on behalf of the U.S. government itself, but without government authorization and without full public disclosure of their actions or true identities (save for one member in its group who later became an antihero).

The group was created by writer John Ostrander, who first introduced them in his 1987 series The Suicide Squad #1, making them the first team to be featured in one title only (not counting limited series).
